1. Boil water for pasta, and prepare pasta as directed.
2. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add shrimp, scallops, green onions, carrots, bell peppers, asparagus, and mushrooms.
4. Cook only long enough to cook seafood through, stirring occasionally.
5. Strain pasta and put in a large serving bowl.
6. Mix in seafood mixture, including butter sauce. Toss to mix.
