Scallops In White Wine

Scallops tossed in flour, salt and pepper and sauteed in garlic butter, white wine, lemon juice, and parsley. This is a great recipe for brunch, lunch or dinner. Serve with a light salad and your favorite crusty bread.
Ingredients -
 
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 pound Sea Scallops
3 tablespoons Butter
1 clove Garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons White Wine
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
 
Preparation:
 

1. In medium mixing bowl, add flour, salt and pepper. Toss scallops in flour mixture. Shake off excess.

2. In large saute pan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook garlic for 1 minute. Remove garlic and discard.

3. Place scallops in saute pan. Cook until light golden brown. Stir in wine, lemon juice, and parsley. Cook until mixture thickens.

4. Serve immediately.
