Cooking Tip

Garlic
A small amount of garlic is marvelous in this dish. Substitute garlic powder for garlic if you don’t have fresh cloves available, or leave the garlic out if you prefer.

Cooking Tip

Bay Scallops
The smaller bay scallops are sweeter tasting than the larger sea scallops. If you choose to use fresh or frozen sea scallops, cut scallops in quarters and thaw scallops thoroughly.
